The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernt Tinglöv showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Irak's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The Fagervik FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Johansson should have stopped the shot. Irak's Vilhelm Bengtsson got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fagervik FK's goalkeeper Georg Johansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Lars Rolandsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
