VSGM's Börje Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malte Björk in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Irriducibili booed when VSGM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Björk in the 10th minute of play forced VSGM's goalkeeper Börje Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, VSGM's Börje Eliasson got control of the ball when Yngve Skog tried to sneak it across the goal line. Börje Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Skog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in VSGM's zone, Yngve Skog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Börje Eliasson came out of the goal and Yngve Skog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Börje Eliasson was a little too slow when Malte Björk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. Börje Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malte Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, VSGM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Lustig to maneuver through the defense. Malte Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Börje Eliasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Malte Björk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Börje Eliasson. VSGM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malte Björk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Börje Eliasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malte Björk's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustav Hjortberg was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Yngve Skog notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of VSGM's Börje Eliasson. Börje Eliasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Börje Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Skog in the 80th minute of play. Irriducibili's Malte Björk got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yngve Skog took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Börje Eliasson. Börje Eliasson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Börje Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malte Björk in the 93rd minute of the match. Börje Eliasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yngve Skog, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Irriducibili walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
