Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Niklas Barck started the match with the kick off. Peter Nilsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Barck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Wester in the 20th minute of play forced Östmark's goalkeeper Sebastian Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Eriksson came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hedemora's Nils-Åke Mårtensson. But to his dismay, Nils-Åke Mårtensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 32nd minute, Ian Möller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Östmark's zone, Gösta Wester stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Eriksson came out of the goal and Gösta Wester tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Hedemora were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sigvard Hellsing was the one to do the kick off. Sebastian Eriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf Sjöberg in the 52nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sigvard Hellsing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Eriksson was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Sigvard Hellsing's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Sebastian Eriksson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 64 minutes in the game, Rudolf Sjöberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sebastian Eriksson having to interfere. Sigvard Hellsing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Sebastian Eriksson made a huge save. With a little luck, Östmark's Sebastian Eriksson got control of the ball when Roger Arenius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Eriksson was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Nils-Åke Mårtensson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nils-Åke Mårtensson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 79th match minute, Hedemora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Östmark's Ove Spets got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Sigvard Hellsing left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hedemora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Sigvard Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Eriksson having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Östmark's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sigvard Hellsing fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
