Oliver Forsberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet İlke Vahit's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When Gustaf Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Mooses's protests and gave Gustaf Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in The Mooses fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Gilbert Lindell, was totally fooled by Arsenal FC's Hampus Stensson, who 18 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to Arsenal FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Einar Anselius hit a great ball. Ahmet İlke Vahit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Forsberg having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Ahmet İlke Vahit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Mooses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet İlke Vahit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ahmet İlke Vahit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of The Mooses booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Börje Rolandsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Oliver Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet İlke Vahit in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oliver Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Max Tillman in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by The Mooses's Pelle Ödmann. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evert Fristedt to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Börje Rolandsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the game, Arsenal FC's Evert Fristedt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilbert Lindell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Evert Fristedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Robin Benett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute of the match Hampus Stensson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilbert Lindell showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The throw-in from Max Tillman in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Mooses's Pelle Ödmann. Eric Nyberg made in the 74th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Einar Anselius however managed to control. Arsenal FC's Joar Vennerkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Fristedt in the 86th minute of play forced The Mooses's goalkeeper Gilbert Lindell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Ahmet İlke Vahit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliver Forsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. When Börje Rolandsson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the The Mooses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Rolandsson couldn't finish the play. Ahmet İlke Vahit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Oliver Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, The Mooses's Börje Rolandsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oliver Forsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Mooses were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
