Vilhelm Snell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximilian Söderberg having to make a save. Sven-Åke Lundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Klas Lindholm fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hubert Termander, passed just outside the right post. Knislinge FF's Sven-Åke Lundström got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Knislinge FF's zone, Mathias Isaksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximilian Söderberg came out of the goal and Mathias Isaksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Snell was the one to do the kick off. Maximilian Söderberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilhelm Snell's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Åke Lundström in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hubert Termander saved Angelos Talanger from getting behind. Klas Lindholm struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Hubert Termander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knislinge FF. After 72 played minutes Angelos Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Hellkvist. If Klas Lindholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hubert Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Åke Lundström in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Klas Lindholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 minutes, Klas Lindholm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Knislinge FF and the Angelos Talanger players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Klas Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Sven-Åke Lundström made a precise shot to the right of Hubert Termander. Angelos Talanger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0.
