Thanks to some nice moves Johnny Gråberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Sebastian Fransson however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Solbergs IF booed when Löberöd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnny Gråberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Sebastian Fransson made a huge save. In the 15th minute, Ernst Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Malmström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Solbergs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Pär Smedfeldt came free, but Tord Rudkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tord Rudkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pär Smedfeldt's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Pär Smedfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Tord Rudkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Mattsson in the 30th minute of play forced Solbergs IF's goalkeeper Tord Rudkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tord Rudkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pär Smedfeldt in the 31st minute of the match. In the 36th minute Pär Smedfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Rudkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Löberöd's goalkeeper Sebastian Fransson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnny Gråberg. In the 43rd minute Pär Smedfeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Rudkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Malmström, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Karl-Åke Skräddare kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Löberöd's Hans Sörman was substituted for Pär Smedfeldt. After 51 played minutes, Löberöd's Sixten Johansson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tord Rudkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Löberöd reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludvig Malmström to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Solbergs IF's zone, Hans Sörman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tord Rudkvist came out of the goal and Hans Sörman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Holm kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Tord Rudkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Sörman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, André Holm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Solbergs IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Löberöd the free kick. A collision led to Solbergs IF getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. André Holm hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute of the match, Hans Sörman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tord Rudkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 66 minutes, Ernst Gustafsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Löberöd and the Solbergs IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernst Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Marcus Mattsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Fransson skillfully saved the ball. Hans Sörman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Sten Malmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcus Björkman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastian Fransson. Löberöd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Johnny Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Fransson having to interfere. If Sten Malmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
