Spectators: 7453 (Terracing: 5689, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vilhelm Kaxe kicked off to start the match. Vegas Grappar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Stabbe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vilhelm Kaxe took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Rudberg. Folke Rudberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Vattentornet IF's Holger Jönsätt got a free kick in the 31st minute. Göran Ljungberg hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Vilhelm Kaxe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Rudberg was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Jens-Ola Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elliot Isaksson was the one to do the kick off. Atilano Loiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Isaksson in the 55th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vattentornet IF! Vilhelm Kaxe scored 0-3 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Folke Rudberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vilhelm Kaxes short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Folke Rudberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vattentornet IF's Elliot Isaksson got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Vattentornet IF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Christian Asplund hit a great ball. Atilano Loiola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Västlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vegas Grappar played a much better game than Vattentornet IF and deserved their victory. The Vattentornet IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
