Rolf Bäck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Linus Söderlund in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute, Joakim Jönsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Östra Spång BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Army Ants's Rolf Bäck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Army Ants from getting a goal against them. Östra Spång BK were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Army Ants's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Mossberg took the corner. Emanuel Mossberg made a great header on Östra Spång BK's corner, it was just that Army Ants's Rolf Bäck managed to reach the ball for a save. When Linus Söderlund fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Östra Spång BK's protests and gave Linus Söderlund a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Östra Spång BK getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Linus Söderlund hit a great ball. With splendid footwork Olle Stensson arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 13th minute. Sten Söderquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Stephansson in the 16th minute of play. Linus Söderlund hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Roy Grubb came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Army Ants fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Grubb couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute of the match, Linus Söderlund tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rolf Bäck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Olle Stensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Östra Spång BK's Joar Ennegren in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Army Ants's goalie prevented a goal. Army Ants's Rolf Bäck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Army Ants from getting a goal against them. The Östra Spång BK fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Östra Spång BK's Olle Stensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Olle Stensson took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolf Bäck. Rolf Bäck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Linus Söderlund got free with Rolf Bäck in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

In the 54th minute Linus Söderlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Bäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Emanuel Mossberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolf Bäck. Army Ants's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Mossberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Roger Asplund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Sten Söderquist made a huge save. Sten Söderquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Stephansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Olle Stensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Jerry Stephansson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sten Söderquist. The goal made the score 7-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Olle Stensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Östra Spång BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Olle Stensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolf Bäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Olle Stensson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolf Bäck. Army Ants's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olle Stensson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-2. Army Ants's Rolf Bäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Stensson in the 75th minute of play. If Joakim Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Bäck came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Östra Spång BK's Olle Stensson. But to his dismay, Olle Stensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-2. Rolf Bäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olle Stensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Army Ants getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jerry Stephansson hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Army Ants got a freekick which was hit by Roy Grubb. 93 minutes into the game, Eskil Dahlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Östra Spång BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Army Ants the free kick. The supporters of Army Ants booed when Östra Spång BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the game, Linus Söderlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-2. Rolf Bäck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Östra Spång BK had played much better football throughout.
