When Tom Vennerström fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flyinge's protests and gave Tom Vennerström a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Flyinge fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! Gunnar Vidman walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The supporters of Nittorp booed when Flyinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Walroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pål Ekeroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orvar Jonsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Olof Ekeberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Pål Ekeroth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nittorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pål Ekeroth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Lind during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sebastian Torsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Flyinge got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Torsberg. Orvar Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flyinge's Olof Ekeberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orvar Jonsson in the 35th minute of play. Sebastian Torsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Flyinge got a freekick which was hit by Albin Wik. In the 41st minute of the match Gunnar Vidman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olof Ekeberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Orvar Jonsson came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Nittorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orvar Jonsson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Nittorp booed when Flyinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrik Ahlroht didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dag Kuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olof Ekeberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orvar Jonsson went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orvar Jonsson in the 56th minute of play forced Flyinge's goalkeeper Olof Ekeberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olof Ekeberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Malmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Olof Ekeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvar Jonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Danielsson's late challenge caught a Flyinge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Danielsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Emanuel Danielsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olof Ekeberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Ekeroth in the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Flyinge's Sebastian Torsberg got a free kick in the 70th minute. Orvar Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Nittorp's Dag Kuse got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 96th minute Orvar Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Ekeberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nittorp were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Flyinge for a fine match.
