Köppa BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Granström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HorndalF FC's Pontus Kuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Granström in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Alfie Solomons took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Pontus Kuse to make any attempt to save it. Alfie Solomons blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pontus Kuse having to make a save. In the 23rd match minute, HorndalF FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Odeen to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Pontus Kuse managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Köppa BK's Alfie Solomons fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Köppa BK were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after HorndalF FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kanakambujam Ghost took the corner. Köppa BK's Kanakambujam Ghost was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pontus Kuse in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 28th minute, Mathias Askstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfie Solomons struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Pontus Kuse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Köppa BK. 37 minutes into the game, Ture Bergqvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. HorndalF FC's Pontus Kuse quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 41 minutes into the game, Alfie Solomons recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pontus Kuse. Alfie Solomons showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute Alfie Solomons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Kuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ted Öman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Påk in the 55th minute. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Alfie Solomons sped through HorndalF FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pontus Kuse. Per Olsson hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Köppa BK's Ted Öman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Mickelsson in the 67th minute of play. HorndalF FC's Pontus Kuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfie Solomons in the 68th minute of play. Pontus Kuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Söderberg in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Alfie Solomons notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of HorndalF FC's Pontus Kuse. Pontus Kuse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfie Solomons in the 77th minute of play forced HorndalF FC's goalkeeper Pontus Kuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Edvin Odeen made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by George Bergkvist. With an all-out effort, HorndalF FC's Ted Öman threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arne Mickelsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 89th minute, Alfie Solomons made a precise shot to the right of Pontus Kuse. HorndalF FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Ian Sörman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Köppa BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HorndalF FC:s goal. 98 minutes into the game, HorndalF FC's George Bergkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ted Öman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the HorndalF FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Köppa BK.
