Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Staffan Örnberg got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Nordingrå BK got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Walmarsson. After a defensive mix-up in Nordingrå BK's zone, Karl-Ove Hedman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erland Nydal came out of the goal and Karl-Ove Hedman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Söderlund in the 5th minute of play forced Nordingrå BK's goalkeeper Erland Nydal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, Nordingrå BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Kleen to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match Viskafors RK got a corner. Nordingrå BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karl-Ove Hedman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Karl-Ove Hedman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nordingrå BK's Erland Nydal did a great save. A collision led to Nordingrå BK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Tommy Svensson hit a great ball. Erland Nydal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Örnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th match minute, Nordingrå BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Björkdahl to maneuver through the defense. Nordingrå BK were furious when Brian Henriksson was red carded, 30 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Erland Nydal had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Karl-Ove Hedman's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Tommy Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nordingrå BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Svensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommy Svensson was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Viskafors RK's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Norberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ulf Walmarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Oskar Norberg having to interfere. Tommy Svensson scored 1-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per-Oskar Norberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the match, Nordingrå BK's goal looked a bit too open when Staffan Örnberg came free, but Erland Nydal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nordingrå BK's Axel Britz got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Staffan Örnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Erland Nydal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Staffan Örnberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Erland Nydal to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Nordingrå BK's Erland Nydal got control of the ball when Dick Söderlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erland Nydal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Staffan Örnberg in the 95th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Staffan Örnberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erland Nydal. Staffan Örnberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3.
