Elias Pettersson made in the 9th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fabian Kalfhage however managed to control. Arsenio Erico scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ted Öman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ted Öman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Erico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Per Granström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marc Busk, 1-1. Ted Öman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Granström in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Lokomotiv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Lönn to maneuver through the defense. Ted Öman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Bogdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfie Solomons to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes Lokomotiv's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kanakambujam Ghost who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Köppa BK's corner Kanakambujam Ghost fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marc Busk quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Granström got free with Ted Öman in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marc Busk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfie Solomons, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ted Öman was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Sorin Bogdan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sorin Bogdan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 71 minutes into the game, Alfie Solomons cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Marc Busk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Erico got free with Ted Öman in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, Lokomotiv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Erico to maneuver through the defense. Arsenio Erico scored 2-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ted Öman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arsenio Erico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ted Öman made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Arsenio Erico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ted Öman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. After a defensive mix-up in Köppa BK's zone, Arsenio Erico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ted Öman came out of the goal and Arsenio Erico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Lokomotiv supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lokomotiv would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
