Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Kevin Ahlstedt made the kick off and thus started the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Kevin Ahlstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pontus Kuse. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Thor Heggert notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of HorndalF FC's Pontus Kuse. Pontus Kuse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Heggert in the 12th minute of play forced HorndalF FC's goalkeeper Pontus Kuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pontus Kuse was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thor Heggert showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 15 minute of play. Thor Heggert struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Pontus Kuse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shawshank Prisoners FC. If Thor Heggert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Kevin Ahlstedt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pontus Kuse. The goal made the score 5-0. In the 29th minute, Kevin Ahlstedt made a precise shot to the right of Pontus Kuse. HorndalF FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 34th match minute, Shawshank Prisoners FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Abelsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Wictor Käller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes HorndalF FC got a freekick which was hit by Arne Mickelsson. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Arne Mickelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. HorndalF FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Mickelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conny Viklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arne Mickelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Simon Vester ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pontus Kuse was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Thor Heggert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thor Heggert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pontus Kuse having to make a save. Pontus Kuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Ahlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute of the match Alexander Frisck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pontus Kuse showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kevin Ahlstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Kuse having to interfere. Pontus Kuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Svensson in the 65th minute of play. Pontus Kuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Heggert in the 70th minute of the match. Thor Heggert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Pontus Kuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Robert Abelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Kuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to HorndalF FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Wictor Käller hit a great ball. After some careless play in the HorndalF FC defense, Simon Vester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pontus Kuse. The HorndalF FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pontus Kuse should have stopped the shot. Thor Heggert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Kuse having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Arne Mickelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 91 minutes, Thor Heggert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shawshank Prisoners FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thor Heggert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shawshank Prisoners FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
