Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jack Beck started the match with the kick off. Kevin Ahlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 5 minutes into the game, Kevin Ahlstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Erik Pilblad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 12 minutes into the game, Martin Lagerberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Erik Pilblad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the match, Bo Persson SK's goalkeeper Erik Pilblad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thor Heggert. Kevin Ahlstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erik Pilblad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Shawshank Prisoners FC's Martin Lagerberg got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Karl-Åke Wiklund hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. After a rather tough play, Bo Persson SK's Jan-Erik Gustafsson got a free kick in the 24th minute. Conny Viklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Beck in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Thor Heggert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Pilblad was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Erik Pilblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Ahlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute, Simon Vester fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Erik Pilblad, passed just outside the right post. If Simon Vester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes in the game, Thor Heggert fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Erik Pilblad having to interfere. Thor Heggert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Erik Pilblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Vester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Ahlstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erik Pilblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Heggert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Thor Heggert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Pilblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kevin Ahlstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Kevin Ahlstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Kevin Ahlstedt notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Bo Persson SK's Erik Pilblad. Erik Pilblad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erik Pilblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Heggert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jack Beck took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conny Viklund. Conny Viklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Kevin Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Erik Pilblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Thor Heggert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shawshank Prisoners FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thor Heggert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Shawshank Prisoners FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Simon Vester hit a great ball. Kevin Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Erik Pilblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Karl-Åke Wiklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Kevin Ahlstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Bo Persson SK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Alexander Persson hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Martin Lagerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Pilblad was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. In the 91st minute, Kevin Ahlstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Pilblad was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Kevin Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Erik Pilblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Shawshank Prisoners FC were the better team. Shawshank Prisoners FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
