Hyllinge RK's Ingmar Olsman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Hyllinge RK from getting a goal against them. Ingmar Olsman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Dahlberg in the 8th minute of play. With his leg Ingmar Olsman managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Norrmalms IF's Jimmie Lövgren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joakim Bennet got free with Ingmar Olsman in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingmar Olsman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Michael Dahlberg went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ingmar Olsman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Michael Dahlberg's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. When Hyllinge RK's Erland Kleen in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Norrmalms IF's goalie prevented a goal. Karl-Michael Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ingmar Olsman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Joakim Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joakim Bennet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ingmar Olsman made a huge save. Hyllinge RK's Ingmar Olsman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Lövgren in the 46th minute of play. After 47 minutes, Billy Hake mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norrmalms IF and the Hyllinge RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Norrmalms IF getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Billy Hake hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When Erland Kleen fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hyllinge RK's protests and gave Erland Kleen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hyllinge RK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Erland Kleen hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Hyllinge RK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Dahlberg came free, but Ingmar Olsman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christoffer Smed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig-Åke Majman having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Karl-Michael Dahlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ingmar Olsman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the match, Norrmalms IF's Joakim Bennet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingmar Olsman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Norrmalms IF getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jimmie Lövgren hit a great ball. Billy Hake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Anders Lindgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ingmar Olsman. Hyllinge RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anders Lindgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 84 minutes into the match, Joakim Bennet notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Hyllinge RK's Ingmar Olsman. Ingmar Olsman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hyllinge RK's Ingmar Olsman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Bennet in the 88th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Hyllinge RK's Christoffer Smed nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig-Åke Majman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. When the referee ended the match the Norrmalms IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
