If Mattias Örtendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Abisko getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Timmy Sundström hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes Abisko got a freekick which was hit by Gert Bohlin. With a little luck, Abisko's Valdemar Berggren got control of the ball when Lennart Nordmark tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iver Lindelof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Hultin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 17 in the game by Lennart Nordmark from a close distance when the talented Valdemar Berggren managed to make a qualified save. Abisko's players were relieved. Marko Mossberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iver Lindelof didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gert Bohlin went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice moves Lennart Nordmark could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Valdemar Berggren however easily saved by the left post. 31 minutes into the game, Sven-Arne Bergkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valdemar Berggren. Sven-Arne Bergkvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 35th match minute, Storbonden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Örtendal to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Abisko's Valdemar Berggren got control of the ball when Lennart Nordmark tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Nordmark got free with Valdemar Berggren in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 52nd minute, Gert Bohlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erling Västerberg, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 61st minute Lennart Nordmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdemar Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdemar Berggren came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Storbonden FC's Lennart Nordmark. But to his dismay, Lennart Nordmark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 67th minute, Peder Vennerström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Storbonden FC fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Storbonden FC's Lennart Nordmark looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valdemar Berggren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Nordmark in the 73rd minute of the match. Iver Lindelof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Storbonden FC's Iver Lindelof got control of the ball when Gert Bohlin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 86 played minutes Storbonden FC got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Dahlberg. If Gert Bohlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Abisko booed when Storbonden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Ingvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute Hjalmar Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iver Lindelof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Storbonden FC had won after a very even match.
