In the 3rd minute, Zebastian Lööf reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Johnny Sundberg. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernt Rudqvist in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Jernberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ove Bodin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zebastian Lööf in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johnny Sundberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Zebastian Lööf made a precise shot to the right of Johnny Sundberg. Tobo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Bernt Rudqvist took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Jernberg. Eric Jernberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Eric Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Ersman in the 22nd minute of play. Johnny Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Lööf, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Eric Jernberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Arne Månsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Monroeville Zombies's Ove Bodin got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tobo's Johnny Sundberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Tobo from getting a goal against them.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zebastian Lööf stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Hjalmar Abrahamsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monroeville Zombies's supporters rose to their feet, but Hjalmar Abrahamsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnny Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johnny Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Lööf, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tobo's Johnny Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Lööf in the 59th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Josef Lundgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tobo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josef Lundgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Monroeville Zombies's Gustaf Ivarsson got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Patrik Viklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd play minute Bernt Rudqvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eric Jernberg. 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Rudqvist got free with Eric Jernberg in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Tobo's goal looked a bit too open when Zebastian Lööf came free, but Johnny Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Edmund Finsberg came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Monroeville Zombies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Finsberg couldn't finish the play. Johnny Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Abrahamsson in the 86th minute of play. Olof Källberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Johnny Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Evert Ersman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tobo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monroeville Zombies the free kick. The supporters of Monroeville Zombies booed when Tobo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Ersman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Zebastian Lööf ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnny Sundberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 96 minutes into the match, Tobo's goal looked a bit too open when Zebastian Lööf came free, but Johnny Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Monroeville Zombies were the better team. Monroeville Zombies's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
