Edvin Kullander came out of the goal and Rickard Arenstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aleksander Alberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Evert Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute Rickard Arenstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wydad Wogel's Evert Gunnarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Wydad Wogel from getting a goal against them. Lucas Elg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Gilbert Holmberg took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Evert Gunnarsson to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice moves Aleksander Alberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Evert Gunnarsson however easily saved by the left post. Karl-Ove Fredriksson's late challenge caught a Wydad Wogel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Ove Fredriksson helped the player get up and apologised. Karl-Ove Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aleksander Alberg to make the kick off. Evert Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Alberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ivar Påk took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evert Gunnarsson. Evert Gunnarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lisebergskaninernas IF had played much better football throughout.
