Eddie Örtlund made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lisebergskaninernas IF's Gilbert Holmberg. 14 minutes into the game, Joel Markusson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jocke von Haze BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lisebergskaninernas IF the free kick. A collision led to Jocke von Haze BK getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bengt-Arne Bolander hit a great ball. Aleksander Alberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Daniel Spets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aleksander Alberg sped through Jocke von Haze BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Spets. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Edvin Kullander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 48thth minute of the game Jörn Blanck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lisebergskaninernas IF's Edvin Kullander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksander Alberg was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Jocke von Haze BK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bengt-Arne Bolander hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Aleksander Alberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lisebergskaninernas IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Alberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Spets breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edvin Kullander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Nordmark in the 63rd minute of the match. 2-2 became the score in the 66th minute when Aaron Axelsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 69th minute Marcus Nordmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lisebergskaninernas IF getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gilbert Holmberg hit a great ball. Lisebergskaninernas IF's Aleksander Alberg got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lucas Elg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Axelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Ian Vallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gottfrid Salqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Kullander having to interfere.
