Edvin Kullander came out of the goal and Henrik Fanström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aleksander Alberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bengt-Åke Nyman having to make a save. 11 minutes into the match, Lisebergskaninernas IF's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Palm came free, but Edvin Kullander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilbert Palm in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin Kullander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edvin Kullander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Palm in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Gilbert Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Söderqvist in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Kullander saved Lisebergskaninernas IF from getting behind. Tomas Söderqvist struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Edvin Kullander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jennifer FC. Felix Bäck charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Bäck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felix Bäck kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 37th minute Tomas Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Söderqvist to make the kick off. Edvin Kullander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Palm, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute Tomas Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvin Kullander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Palm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birger Mårtensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Söderqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Kullander having to interfere. The supporters of Jennifer FC booed when Lisebergskaninernas IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Påk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvin Kullander made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Henrik Fanström sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Lisebergskaninernas IF getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gilbert Holmberg hit a great ball. Birger Mårtensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Edvin Kullander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Jonathan Enström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jennifer FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
