After 11 played minutes Fc Samba got a freekick which was hit by Josef Askstedt. Knut Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Oviken RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Andersson to maneuver through the defense. Oviken RK's Conny Sundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Holmgren in the 22nd minute of play. Knut Holmgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conny Sundström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Henrik Dalkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oviken RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrik Dalkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Wall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The tension between the Oviken RK and the Fc Samba players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Oviken RK got a freekick which was hit by Erland Hultman. Josef Askstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Sundström having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Henrik Dalkvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Jimmie Eckegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gert Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henrik Dalkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Olof Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ola Lönn hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes in the game, Jimmie Eckegren dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a little luck, Oviken RK's Conny Sundström got control of the ball when Knut Holmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henrik Dalkvist scored 3-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olof Wall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Conny Sundström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fc Samba players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Oviken RK.
