The audience was convinced that Filip Ek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tage Trillkott was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 19th minute of the match Evert Engström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfons Boman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Nord in the 30th minute of play forced Dirty G FC's goalkeeper Alfons Boman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birger Ennegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Boman having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Kjell-Arne Nord who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dirty G FC's Alfons Boman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 played minutes Dirty G FC got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Hökkvist. Tråvad IF's Evert Engström couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dirty G FC. A collision led to Tråvad IF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Börje Bäckman hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Calle Högström charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calle Högström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Calle Högström kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Dirty G FC's Alfons Boman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Nord in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Dirty G FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Nord came free, but Alfons Boman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 61st minute of the match Calle Högström completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Calle Högström a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 61 played minutes Dirty G FC got a freekick which was hit by Calle Högström. 63 minutes into the match, Birger Ennegren notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Dirty G FC's Alfons Boman. Alfons Boman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingmar Löfskog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Trillkott having to interfere. 74 minutes in the game, Birger Ennegren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alfons Boman having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Claes Zachrisson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfons Boman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Ennegren in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute of the match Tråvad IF got a corner. Dirty G FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evert Engström ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 93rd minute Tråvad IF were awarded a corner. Evert Engström went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Tråvad IF's Evert Engström to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfons Boman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match was over Tråvad IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dirty G FC throughout the match.
