Alvin Öberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bob Bonk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Torbjörn Abelsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Michael Vestberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Biörk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiktor Hedbom during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Wiktor Hedbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torbjörn Abelsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tom Bergdal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. Zula Puszynski's late challenge caught a Tomelilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zula Puszynski helped the player get up and apologised. 65 minutes into the game, Tom Bergdal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Torbjörn Abelsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
