In the 20th minute, Ragnar Stål got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Ragnar Stål managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Ragnar Stål got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Ragnar Stål fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slottsparken FF's protests and gave Ragnar Stål a yellow card for diving instead. Ragnar Stål hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobias Benett to make the kick off. When Emanuel Almqvist fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slottsparken FF's protests and gave Emanuel Almqvist a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fortuna Galaxy booed when Slottsparken FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Almqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Slottsparken FF's goalkeeper Jonatan Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marc Danielsson. The audience was convinced that Tobias Benett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Georg Nyström was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Georg Nyström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
