The Snäppvägen IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Granqvist should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the game, one of Snäppvägen IK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Christopher Palmquist shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Bruno Guadagnoli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arne Granqvist having to make a save. During the 87th minute of the match Zebastian Botvidsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zebastian Botvidsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 88 played minutes Snäppvägen IK got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Botvidsson. Freddie Fredriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Ib Schnipper made a huge save. Arne Granqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Guadagnoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Lenhovda were the better team. Lenhovda's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
