Gottfrid Moberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Johan Söderman having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Henriksson during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Helge Hellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klas Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Klas Kruse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Övids Änglar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Klas Kruse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Fredriksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Klas Kruse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jens-Erik Hård had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Klas Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Övids Änglar FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Uno Boman hit a great ball. Knäcka nötter's Maximilian Snäll got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Erik Hård was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Klas Kruse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Övids Änglar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Klas Kruse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Fredriksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens-Erik Hård to make the kick off. Helge Hellbom might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Johan Söderman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Helge Hellbom ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 53rd minute Klas Kruse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klas Kruse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Fredriksson having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Gottfrid Moberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl-Johan Söderman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Joar Fredriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens-Erik Hård's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. If David Ståhlman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klas Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klas Kruse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernt Bern kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Knäcka nötter's Christopher Larsson got a free kick in the 88th minute. Joar Fredriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Erik Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Klas Kruse hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Knäcka nötter supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Knäcka nötter would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
