Spectators: 7428 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ronny Magnusson started the match with the kick off. Tenhult's Vidar Vallman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fructuoso Valerón in the 6th minute of play. With a little luck, Tenhult's Vidar Vallman got control of the ball when Ronny Magnusson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Lenhovda defense, Michael Klintæus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ib Schnipper. The Lenhovda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ib Schnipper should have stopped the shot. Vidar Vallman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronny Magnusson in the 11th minute. A throw-in in the 15th minute of the game was made by Robin Näver with Fructuoso Valerón as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Vidar Vallman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fructuoso Valerón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Jan-Olof Wikander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vidar Vallman was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Fructuoso Valerón capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fructuoso Valerón really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. 37 minutes into the match, Tenhult's goal looked a bit too open when Fructuoso Valerón came free, but Vidar Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vidar Vallman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fructuoso Valerón in the 41st minute of the match. Ernst Åström charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernst Åström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Fructuoso Valerón ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vidar Vallman was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michael Klintæus to make the kick off. Ronny Magnusson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vidar Vallman having to make a save. Vidar Vallman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fructuoso Valerón in the 56th minute of play. After 57 played minutes Lenhovda got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Guadagnoli. Michael Klintæus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Lenhovda's Ronny Magnusson in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tenhult's goalie prevented a goal. After 64 minutes, Börje Målare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tenhult and the Lenhovda players grew even worse after the yellow card. 67 minutes into the match, Tenhult's goal looked a bit too open when Fructuoso Valerón came free, but Vidar Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Lenhovda getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Bruno Guadagnoli hit a great ball. Gilbert Fredriksson lost his temper 73 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 72 minutes into the game, one of Tenhult:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ronny Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vidar Vallman having to interfere. Robin Näver made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bruno Guadagnoli however managed to control. Vidar Vallman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fructuoso Valerón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Bruno Guadagnoli notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Tenhult's Vidar Vallman. Vidar Vallman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fructuoso Valerón in the 93rd minute of play forced Tenhult's goalkeeper Vidar Vallman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tenhult's Vidar Vallman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Magnusson in the 95th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tenhult's Jan-Olof Wikander got a free kick in the 96th minute. Vidar Vallman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Magnusson in the 99th minute of play.
