Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) 3 minutes into the match, Eddie Kellberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vidar Vallman. Tenhult's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eddie Kellberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Övids Änglar FC's Håkan Albäck got a free kick in the 6th minute. Mathias Gustavsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Pär Holmgren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Tenhult getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Börje Målare hit a great ball. Vidar Vallman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Erik Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Klas Kruse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Övids Änglar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klas Kruse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute Jens-Erik Hård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidar Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Övids Änglar FC got a freekick which was hit by Uno Boman. Mathias Gustavsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl Wester made in the 25th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jens-Erik Hård however managed to control. Klas Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eddie Kellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Vidar Vallman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Mathias Gustavsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tenhult's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Övids Änglar FC the free kick. Jens-Erik Hård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Vidar Vallman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidar Vallman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Erik Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 45th minute Jens-Erik Hård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidar Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

George Henriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vidar Vallman came out and tried to block the shot, but George Henriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 56th minute. Vidar Vallman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Erik Hård, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Johan Söderman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Klintæus's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. If Michael Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rutger Pihlgren during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tenhult booed when Övids Änglar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rutger Pihlgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Erik Hård's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vidar Vallman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. With 73 minutes on the clock, Kenny Knutsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 73rd minute, one of Tenhult:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tenhult. The referee gave Övids Änglar FC a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Uno Boman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tenhult's Vidar Vallman. 0-3. In the 82nd minute, Jens-Erik Hård made a precise shot to the right of Vidar Vallman. Tenhult's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Vidar Vallman made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Eddie Kellberg sent off a good shot on target. Klas Kruse struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Vidar Vallman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Övids Änglar FC.
