Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Torbjörn Forsman kicked off to start the match. Bertil Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Forsman in the 5th minute of play. Hamrångefjärden's Torbjörn Forsman got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alex Söderman fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Sociologen's protests and gave Alex Söderman a yellow card for diving instead. Alex Söderman hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Hamrångefjärden's Torbjörn Forsman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to IFK Sociologen getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Richard Fransson hit a great ball. Jonny Myhr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rutger Gulliksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Max Ahlrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Hamrångefjärden got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Wennerquist. After 27 played minutes, IFK Sociologen's Henric Kruuse shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Max Ahlrot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in IFK Sociologen reached it. In the 29th minute, Alex Söderman made a precise shot to the right of Max Ahlrot. Hamrångefjärden's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Bertil Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Forsman in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, IFK Sociologen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Torbjörn Forsman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Torbjörn Forsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, IFK Sociologen's Bertil Nyman got control of the ball when Jonny Myhr tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bertil Nyman was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Torbjörn Forsman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torbjörn Forsman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hjalmar Forsman made a kick off. Hjalmar Forsman struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Max Ahlrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Sociologen. After 62 played minutes IFK Sociologen got a freekick which was hit by Henric Kruuse. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Forsman in the 63rd minute of play forced IFK Sociologen's goalkeeper Bertil Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Torbjörn Forsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torbjörn Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Bertil Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isac Julin helped the player get up and apologised. 90 minutes into the game, Ulf Clementsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hamrångefjärden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Sociologen the free kick. In the 90th minute, Ulf Clementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonny Myhr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bertil Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IFK Sociologen's Bertil Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Forsman in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hamrångefjärden fans cheered their team off the field, for while IFK Sociologen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
