After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Örebro SK! The referee gave Lammhult FK a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gert Bergkvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Örebro SK's Georg Bock. 0-1. Juan Carlos Terroba hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Lammhult FK's Dan Berglund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georg Bock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Baransel Ülkenur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomasz Wojtyna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 30 minute of play. Georg Bock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Almkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Gert Bergkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Georg Bock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gert Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Georg Bock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Ragnar Lundin made a precise shot to the right of Georg Bock. Örebro SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dan Berglund made a kick off. Baransel Ülkenur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Widberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gert Bergkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Bock having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Almkvist in the 55th minute of play forced Örebro SK's goalkeeper Georg Bock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Dan Berglund could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Georg Bock however easily saved by the left post. 62 minutes into the match, Dan Berglund notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Örebro SK's Georg Bock. Georg Bock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute, Gert Bergkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lammhult FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Bergkvist in the 74th minute of play forced Örebro SK's goalkeeper Georg Bock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Widberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Gert Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd match minute, Lammhult FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Bergkvist to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Börje Hammarberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Georg Bock, 2-7. Georg Bock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Bergkvist in the 88th minute of play. With a little luck, Örebro SK's Georg Bock got control of the ball when Börje Hammarberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lammhult FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
