Olov Örtendahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Olof Sandström, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 41st match minute Thomas Vennerkvist ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Gottfrid Bergdal. 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Olof Sandström was the one to do the kick off. Olov Örtendahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Vollander in the 52nd minute of play. Korpenkrattorna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Ragnar Vollander scored to the left of an out of position Olov Örtendahl, making the score, 1-9. 84 minutes into the game, Per-Olof Sandström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalagatan 33's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Korpenkrattorna the free kick. 87 minutes into the match, Korpenkrattorna's goalkeeper Olov Örtendahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Olof Sandström. 89 minutes into the game, Ragnar Vollander recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Olov Örtendahl. Ragnar Vollander showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-10. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Näver in the 92nd minute of play forced Korpenkrattorna's goalkeeper Olov Örtendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Per-Olof Sandström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Örtendahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-11. When the final whistle sounded Dalagatan 33 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Korpenkrattorna.
