Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Harmånger BK's George Snell started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vegby's Ionel Zmărăndache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Snell in the 18th minute of play. Harmånger BK's Måns Myhr got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Otto Brummer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Olsson having to interfere. Jan Karlsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Olsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Ionel Zmărăndache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Snell, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 63 played minutes Harmånger BK got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Askstedt. If Jan Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ionel Zmărăndache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tim Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Vegby left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Harmånger BK.
