Sung Cornell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Stig-Åke Jelm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sung Cornell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sung Cornell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Jelm in the 14th minute of the match. Ludwig Dalman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sung Cornell having to interfere. When Stig-Åke Jelm came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Glimåkra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Jelm couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester FF's goalkeeper Sung Cornell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Per-Oskar Ingemarsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ludwig Dalman kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Stig-Åke Jelm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stig-Åke Jelm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sung Cornell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Glimåkra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zebastian Sandberg to maneuver through the defense. Peter Lindman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Per-Arne Sandell. Glimåkra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st minute, Stig-Åke Jelm made a precise shot to the right of Sung Cornell. Manchester FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 36th minute Stig-Åke Jelm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sung Cornell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Ingemarsson in the 37th minute of play forced Manchester FF's goalkeeper Sung Cornell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Oskar Ingemarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Sung Cornell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Manchester FF's Fredric Drewitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per-Arne Sandell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sung Cornell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig-Åke Jelm went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The Manchester FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Glimåkra were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig-Åke Jelm to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Stig-Åke Jelm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Manchester FF's Peter Lindman got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 61st minute, Stig-Åke Jelm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glimåkra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Per-Arne Sandell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredric Drewitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Bo-Erik Sjöman's late challenge caught a Glimåkra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo-Erik Sjöman helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Manchester FF got a freekick which was hit by Bo-Erik Sjöman. Manchester FF's Sung Cornell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Jelm in the 73rd minute of play. Sung Cornell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Jelm in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Fredric Drewitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sung Cornell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Jelm in the 86th minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Ludwig Dalman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glimåkra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludwig Dalman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Stig-Åke Jelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Glimåkra's Petter Sjödin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sung Cornell. Sung Cornell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. A collision led to Manchester FF getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Carl Lidman hit a great ball. The Manchester FF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Glimåkra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
