After 19 played minutes Hässelby BFdsfdf got a freekick which was hit by Sten Tidén. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Lindgren got free with Claes Wennerberg in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inge Valler in the 24th minute of play forced Sveg IFK's goalkeeper Kjell Hjeltman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Sten Tidén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sveg IFK's Kjell Hjeltman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emil Sefastsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Claes Wennerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Jonathan Hamnberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
