With a little luck, Manchester FF's Sung Cornell got control of the ball when Sten Byström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hubert Anundsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sung Cornell came out and tried to block the shot, but Hubert Anundsson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 89th minute. When the match was over Åsunden could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Manchester FF throughout the match.
