Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fredric Drewitz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Albin Sandwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sung Cornell having to interfere. A collision led to Manchester FF getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Juan Reynoso hit a great ball. Kjell Hjeltman came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester FF's Fredric Drewitz. But to his dismay, Fredric Drewitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th minute, Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Birger Alin's late challenge caught a Manchester FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Birger Alin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Birger Alin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sung Cornell. That made the score 2-1 after 22 minutes of play. Sung Cornell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Sefastsson's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Sveg IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Drewitz came free, but Kjell Hjeltman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester FF's goalie prevented a goal. Per-Åke Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester FF's goalie prevented a goal. Bo Lindgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sung Cornell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bo Lindgren ran back to his position shaking his head. Emil Sefastsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, Manchester FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Sjöman to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Erling Tingberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Kielberg hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Sung Cornell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Åke Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Åke Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sung Cornell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, Sveg IFK's Emil Sefastsson made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sung Cornell was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bo Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Manchester FF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bo-Erik Sjöman hit a great ball. In the 76th minute of the match Emil Sefastsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sung Cornell showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kjell Hjeltman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Drewitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johannes Forssberg kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Sung Cornell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bo Lindgren went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Sefastsson in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sung Cornell saved Manchester FF from getting behind. In the 91st minute Emil Sefastsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sung Cornell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Sefastsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sung Cornell having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Emil Sefastsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sung Cornell was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Sveg IFK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
