Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Fredric Drewitz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Ruud in the 3rd minute of play forced Manchester FF's goalkeeper Sung Cornell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Jan-Åke Nordin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Johannes Forssberg fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester FF's protests and gave Johannes Forssberg a yellow card for diving instead. When Casper Ruud came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Lineol Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casper Ruud couldn't finish the play. Casper Ruud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 minutes, Casper Ruud made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Manchester FF's Sung Cornell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Manchester FF's Johannes Forssberg got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Casper Ruud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lineol Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 33rd minute, Fredric Drewitz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sung Cornell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Ruud in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Fredric Drewitz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan-Åke Nordin. Fredric Drewitz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester FF's zone, Nils Arhenius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sung Cornell came out of the goal and Nils Arhenius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Casper Ruud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sung Cornell was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Vilhelm Ståhlberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sung Cornell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After 47 minutes, Vilhelm Ståhlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lineol Boys and the Manchester FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vilhelm Ståhlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casper Ruud to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Casper Ruud made a precise shot to the right of Sung Cornell. Manchester FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 55th minute, Fredric Drewitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Nils Arhenius reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sung Cornell. The goal made the score 1-4. Lineol Boys's Casper Ruud got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casper Ruud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johannes Forssberg hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Manchester FF defense, Casper Ruud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sung Cornell. The Manchester FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sung Cornell should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester FF's zone, Nils Arhenius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sung Cornell came out of the goal and Nils Arhenius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nils Arhenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casper Ruud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sung Cornell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manchester FF's Sung Cornell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester FF from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Casper Ruud got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Casper Ruud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
