Glimåkra's Per-Arne Sandell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Brun in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Glimåkra's Per-Oskar Ingemarsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddie Ekström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 9 in the game by Per-Oskar Ingemarsson from a close distance when the talented Freddie Ekström managed to make a qualified save. Svängsta RK's players were relieved. Stig-Åke Jelm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svängsta RK's Freddie Ekström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Svängsta RK from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Svängsta RK's Christian Hök got a free kick in the 26th minute. Stig-Åke Jelm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Per-Oskar Ingemarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Freddie Ekström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Freddie Ekström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Arne Sandell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Österlund in the 47th minute of the match. If Sigvard Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig-Åke Jelm made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Sigvard Brun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per-Arne Sandell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Glimåkra getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Joachim Björk hit a great ball. Per-Arne Sandell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Per-Arne Sandell made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Alfons Österlund sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Glimåkra's Per-Arne Sandell got control of the ball when Christian Hök tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Stig-Åke Jelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per-Arne Sandell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfons Österlund in the 82nd minute. Glimåkra's Per-Arne Sandell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Glimåkra from getting a goal against them. Christian Hök sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Glimåkra getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ingemar Haglund hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Svängsta RK's Hugo Wallander tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Glimåkra's Ralf Stabbe got a free kick in the 94th minute. The long shot by Hugo Wallander in the 95th minute really tested Per-Arne Sandell's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the final whistle sounded Svängsta RK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Glimåkra.
