With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingemar Hultstrand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10thth minute of the game Inge Valler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Kop Boys's Ingemar Hultstrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sixten Gerdberg struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ingemar Hultstrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hässelby BFdsfdf. When Sten Tidén came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Hässelby BFdsfdf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Tidén couldn't finish the play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hässelby BFdsfdf reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Elof Palm scored 0-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingemar Hultstrand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Though ot was a great shot The Kop Boys's keeper Ingemar Hultstrand was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 65th of the match, Sten Tidén tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ingemar Hultstrand got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Sten Tidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Kenny Åkerman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Kop Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hässelby BFdsfdf the free kick. After 70 played minutes The Kop Boys got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Åkerman. Ingemar Hultstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Valler, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Elof Palm might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingemar Hultstrand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elof Palm ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th match minute, Hässelby BFdsfdf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Valler to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 77 minutes, Sten Tidén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hässelby BFdsfdf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Tidén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Martin Carlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Hässelby BFdsfdf's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Finsberg came free, but Claes Wennerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kop Boys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Inge Valler scored to the left of an out of position Ingemar Hultstrand, making the score, 0-3. After having played for 94 minutes, Sixten Gerdberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hässelby BFdsfdf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixten Gerdberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hässelby BFdsfdf's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
