An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Backman in the 3rd minute of play forced Sidensjö's goalkeeper Christian Nordlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saúl Sampaio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gert Magnusson went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Robin Backman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Nordlund having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Mörarp FK's Robin Backman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Nordlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Dan Vollander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saúl Sampaio. Mörarp FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Vollander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Christian Nordlund made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Petter Kullander sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the game, Gert Magnusson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sidensjö's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mörarp FK the free kick. In the 25th minute, Gert Magnusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Sidensjö's goalkeeper Christian Nordlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petter Kullander. The crowd rose to their feet as Mörarp FK's Kjell-Arne Gustavsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christian Nordlund. That made the score 1-2 after 35 minutes of play. In the 40th minute of the match, Robin Backman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christian Nordlund saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Christian Nordlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Backman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Axelsson got free with Christian Nordlund in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Ahlén to make the kick off. The supporters of Mörarp FK booed when Sidensjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Ahlén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petter Kullander in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Nordlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Sidensjö's zone, Petter Kullander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Nordlund came out of the goal and Petter Kullander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Petter Kullander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mörarp FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petter Kullander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christian Nordlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Kullander, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 played minutes Mörarp FK got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Bäckström. If Petter Kullander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Nordlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Backman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes, Åke Botvidsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sidensjö and the Mörarp FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Sidensjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Botvidsson to maneuver through the defense. After 70 minutes of play, Mörarp FK's Petter Kullander made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Nordlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 74 minutes, Petter Kullander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mörarp FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petter Kullander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robin Backman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Christian Nordlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Petter Kullander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dan Vollander's late challenge caught a Mörarp FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Vollander helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Sidensjö got a freekick which was hit by Dan Vollander. If Robin Backman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Tomas Åhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Nordlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes, Sebastian Ahlén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sidensjö and the Mörarp FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Tomas Åhlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mörarp FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. When Wictor Stålman fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sidensjö's protests and gave Wictor Stålman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mörarp FK booed when Sidensjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wictor Stålman didn't get a good kick on the ball.
