When Alex Hjortsberg fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Masia's protests and gave Alex Hjortsberg a yellow card for diving instead. Alex Hjortsberg hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Harry Ekman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Jonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Nyberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Harry Ekman. La Masia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. La Masia's Harry Ekman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Galvão in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Hélder Galvão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Ekman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder Galvão in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Ekman saved La Masia from getting behind.
