Robert Tolsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Arne Brodin having to interfere. Sven-Arne Brodin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Tolsson in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Borussia Herrhagen's Lucas Klint sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torbjörn Rudkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Borussia Herrhagen booed when Bjursås IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Vedholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torbjörn Rudkvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Åke Granberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Robert Tolsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Arne Brodin was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Anton Hjeltman might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Arne Brodin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anton Hjeltman ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl-Michael Ekström got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Borussia Herrhagen getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Karl-Michael Ekström hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Bjursås IK's Jonas Åman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sven-Arne Brodin. That made the score 1-1 after 96 minutes of play. Despite being the better team, Bjursås IK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
