In the 5th minute Jan-Åke Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Biörling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilhelm Dahlquist hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Orvar Abelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ragnar Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonny Lindholm's late challenge caught a Forsmo Bombers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonny Lindholm helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, one of Forsmo Bombers FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Forsmo Bombers FC. Forsmo Bombers FC:s Ragnar Olsson showed great skill when he stopped Orvar Abelsson:s penalty. 25 minutes into the game, Bergsfo Bollklubb's Orvar Abelsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ragnar Olsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, Bergsfo Bollklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Fredriksson came free, but Folke Biörling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bergsfo Bollklubb's Orvar Abelsson in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Forsmo Bombers FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Forsmo Bombers FC's zone, Orvar Abelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ragnar Olsson came out of the goal and Orvar Abelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Forsmo Bombers FC's goalkeeper Ragnar Olsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orvar Abelsson was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Orvar Abelsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ragnar Olsson. That made the score 1-2 in the 54 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bergsfo Bollklubb's Stig Sandström got a free kick in the 59th minute. Adam Björkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johannes Jakobsson's late challenge caught a Forsmo Bombers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Jakobsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bergsfo Bollklubb's Johannes Jakobsson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Ragnar Olsson came out of the goal and Orvar Abelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Wilhelm Dahlquist in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bergsfo Bollklubb's Jonny Lindholm. In the 73rd minute, Adam Björkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Demetrio Iori fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bergsfo Bollklubb's protests and gave Demetrio Iori a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bergsfo Bollklubb getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Demetrio Iori hit a great ball. Orvar Abelsson struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ragnar Olsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bergsfo Bollklubb. Adam Björkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bergsfo Bollklubb had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
