The crowd rose to their feet as FC.Rich's Karl-Erik Lindqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mats Smefeldt. That made the score 5-0 after 28 minutes of play. Mats Smefeldt came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by FC.Rich's Alex Sundberg. Mats Smefeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Vacker in the 39th minute of play. Mats Smefeldt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alex Sundberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 8-0 in the 40 minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Malmö Fotbollförening's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Bergkvist came free, but Mats Smefeldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Smefeldt didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 48th minute, which inside left pole to 9-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 9-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joakim Bergkvist to make the kick off. When the referee ended the match the FC.Rich players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
