A wasted opportunity for Bergsfo Bollklubb. Roger Apelquist hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Orvar Abelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig-Ove Knaack read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute Bergsfo Bollklubb were awarded a corner. Demetrio Iori went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Viklund in the 27th minute of play forced Bergsfo Bollklubb's goalkeeper Folke Biörling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Karl-Erik Lindqvist fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC.Rich's protests and gave Karl-Erik Lindqvist a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC.Rich getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Karl-Erik Lindqvist hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded FC.Rich left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bergsfo Bollklubb.
