Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arvid Petersson kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Tham during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Virsbo IF's Tobias Tham got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Fredrik Olsmann made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Bengt-Rune Sandberg sent off a good shot on target. Kent Gustavsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Fredrik Olsmann made a huge save. Bengt-Rune Sandberg took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredrik Olsmann. Fredrik Olsmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When FC Piçkinder's Karl-Oskar Ros in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Virsbo IF's goalie prevented a goal. Fredrik Olsmann came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Piçkinder's Bengt-Rune Sandberg. But to his dismay, Bengt-Rune Sandberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 14th minute, FC Piçkinder's Karl-Oskar Ros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredrik Olsmann. Fredrik Olsmann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Ros in the 18th minute of play forced Virsbo IF's goalkeeper Fredrik Olsmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredrik Olsmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Oskar Ros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Olsmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Ros in the 26th minute of play. Fredrik Olsmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute, Bengt-Rune Sandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Piçkinder's zone, Ronny Valrot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigvard Enegren came out of the goal and Ronny Valrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Piçkinder's Sigvard Enegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Valrot in the 39th minute of play. With a little luck, Virsbo IF's Fredrik Olsmann got control of the ball when Bengt-Rune Sandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Verner Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Karl-Oskar Ros made the kick off in the second half. Kent Gustavsson hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FC Piçkinder defense, Ronny Valrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sigvard Enegren. The FC Piçkinder fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sigvard Enegren should have stopped the shot. Ronny Valrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Virsbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Rune Sandberg came free, but Fredrik Olsmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Olsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Oskar Ros in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Bengt-Rune Sandberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredrik Olsmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 75th minute, Arvid Petersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fredrik Olsmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Ros in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Bengt-Rune Sandberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fredrik Olsmann. Virsbo IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bengt-Rune Sandberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 90th minute Karl-Oskar Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Olsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96th play minutes Arvid Petersson shot 6-2, a short shot which went by Sigvard Enegren and just under the crossbar into goal.
