Vilgot Billström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egil Löfskog read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Kosova REP.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vilgot Billström came free, but Egil Löfskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthias Fastesson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robert Klint showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. After having played for 12 minutes, Vilgot Billström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ShobbaZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilgot Billström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ShobbaZ's Matthias Fastesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save ShobbaZ from getting a goal against them. After 17 minutes, Hampus Lägdin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ShobbaZ and the Kosova REP. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, ShobbaZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hampus Lägdin to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, ShobbaZ's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Klint came free, but Matthias Fastesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kosova REP.'s Egil Löfskog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenny Ekström in the 20th minute of play. Matthias Fastesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Klint in the 24th minute of the match. Robert Klint received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Matthias Fastesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match Patrik Wennerlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egil Löfskog showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Robert Klint tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matthias Fastesson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Kosova REP.'s zone, Kenny Ekström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egil Löfskog came out of the goal and Kenny Ekström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Klint in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matthias Fastesson saved ShobbaZ from getting behind. If Vilgot Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Kenny Ekström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egil Löfskog was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vilgot Billström made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Kenny Ekström rounded Kosova REP.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Kosova REP.'s Egil Löfskog proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Kosova REP. from getting a goal against them. After 62 played minutes, Kosova REP.'s Ola Bengtsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matthias Fastesson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kosova REP. reached it. Alexander Beckman kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Vilgot Billström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Egil Löfskog made a huge save. If Kenny Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Vilgot Billström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egil Löfskog was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After a rather tough play, Kosova REP.'s Alexander Beckman got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 83rd minute, Stefan Termander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilgot Billström got free with Egil Löfskog in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Kenny Ekström came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the ShobbaZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenny Ekström couldn't finish the play. If Kenny Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Beckman in the 94th minute of play forced ShobbaZ's goalkeeper Matthias Fastesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ShobbaZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ShobbaZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
