Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 100) ShobbaZ's Vilgot Billström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Vilgot Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthias Fastesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Billing in the 6th minute of the match. Per Stenkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes Gammalkils IF got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Sundberg. After having played for 10 minutes, Sivert Strömqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ShobbaZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sivert Strömqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per Stenkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Ekström in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Lägdin in the 13th minute of play forced Gammalkils IF's goalkeeper Per Stenkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Billing hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Vilgot Billström came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the ShobbaZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Billström couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, ShobbaZ's Per Stenkvist threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kenny Ekström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vilgot Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Kenny Ekström managed to get in a good position for a shot. ShobbaZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Kenny Ekström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Stenkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, ShobbaZ's Kenny Ekström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Per Stenkvist. Per Stenkvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Per Stenkvist made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Vilgot Billström sent off a good shot on target. Vilgot Billström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tommy Billing made the kick off in the second half. Tommy Billing charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tommy Billing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mark Bruhn during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Gammalkils IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ShobbaZ:s goal. Sivert Strömqvist shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Per Stenkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilgot Billström in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, ShobbaZ's Kenny Ekström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per Stenkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Vilgot Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenny Ekström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Per Stenkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdemar Öberg's late challenge caught a ShobbaZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valdemar Öberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Valdemar Öberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Stenkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kenny Ekström went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivar Alin during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ShobbaZ booed when Gammalkils IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Alin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenny Ekström in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per Stenkvist saved Gammalkils IF from getting behind. Ludvig Busk charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ludvig Busk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Ludvig Busk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gammalkils IF's Per Stenkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Billström in the 89th minute of play. Kenny Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Stenkvist having to interfere. When Vilgot Billström came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the ShobbaZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Billström couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that ShobbaZ were the better team. ShobbaZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
