In the 15thth minute of the game Per-Olof Sandström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vingåker FF's Håkan Walroth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Calle Hellsing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Frans Fransson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 55 minutes, Fredrik Bammerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vingåker FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Bammerman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calle Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Snake booed when Vingåker FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Vingåker FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vingåker FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
