If Elof Uggstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Nordstedt in the 24th minute of play forced Carlscrown FC's goalkeeper Alvin Almkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dag Carlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carlscrown FC's goalkeeper Alvin Almkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Nordstedt in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvin Almkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Erik Nordstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvin Almkvist. Carlscrown FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Nordstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Nordstedt in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvin Almkvist saved Carlscrown FC from getting behind. In the 43rd minute, Carlscrown FC's Edward Tomporowski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edward Tomporowski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carlscrown FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edward Tomporowski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carlscrown FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! A collision led to Carlscrown FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Edmund Brak hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl-Axel Morat made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Carlscrown FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Brak to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Rundvik's Erik Nordstedt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alvin Almkvist. Alvin Almkvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Rundvik made a substitution. Einar Mossberg replaced Patrik Nordgren. Gustaf Friberger kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carlscrown FC's goalkeeper Alvin Almkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute Mikael Mårtensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvin Almkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match, Erik Nordstedt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alvin Almkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Erik Nordstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alvin Almkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvin Almkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Mårtensson in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Rundvik's Elof Uggstedt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvin Almkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Erik Nordstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvin Almkvist having to make a save. Dag Carlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvin Almkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Mossberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Rundvik's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
